The project, which has construction area of 30.000 m² in total in Çankaya that is heart of Ankara, consists of double blocks of 15 floors that were built on a raft foundation as a hollow-tile floor slab reinforced concrete structure. In the building complex, there are 98 residences having different sizes, pools, closed garage of two vehicles for each residence, tennis courts and fitness saloons.
