Ege Bulvar Residences shall be positioned on a land of 10272 m² in total in a way to have 88 apartments in 2 blocks and to be organized on a green area of 8800 m²
Project sizes consist of 44 apartments of 3+1 of 142 m², 36 apartments of 4+1 of 165 m² and 8 duplex apartments of 178 m².
Each apartment has fittings such as TV in the rooms, telephone and internet connection, French balcony, PV window joinery wide window surfaces, American panel door, 1st class laminated flooring in the saloon and rooms, 1st class ceramic and vitrified material in the kitchen, bath and corridor, granite kitchen counter and steel apartment door in a way that there will be double-bath, changing room and built-in closet in each apartment.
Ege Bulvar residences are located on a raft foundation, hollow-tile floor slab reinforced concrete system by considering earthquake safety. External jacketing material of 6 cm is used so that heat saving is provided at highest level.
Block floor holes, sport center and smoke and gas detector for other common places, fire alarm, 2 fire escapes and 2 fire exits per block, fully fed generator and water tank of 120 tons in total in a way that they will be separate for fire hydrant and different apartment, uninterruptible electricity and water source, wide shelter area, double elevator in each building, entry control and building complex safety, wide parking lot area of 110 vehicles, children's park on a green area of 8800 m2, racecourse and indoor sport center are main elements of the project.
ENVIRONMENT AND SAFETY
Ege Bulvar Residences were surrounded by enclosure walls and rails and thus a special living space was formed from the only point. Blocks were built on a raft foundation, hollow-tile floor slab reinforced concrete system by considering earthquake safety.
In all the common areas, smoke and gas detector, gas detector in the kitchens, 2 fire escapes and 2 fire exits per block, fully fed generator and fire hydrant, wide shelter area and special security area were created.
In the building complex that was built on a field of 10272 m2 in total, wide parking lot area of 110 vehicles, children’s park and racecourse on a green area of 8800 m2 and indoor sport center are main elements of the project.
